Job Opportunity: Junior Controller Analyst

Support structuring of controllership functions by organizing reports, creating internal controls, and consolidating accounting/financial data. This role offers an exciting opportunity for personal and professional growth within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support structuring of controllership functions, including report organization, internal control creation, and accounting/financial data consolidation.
  • Assist with investor relations by preparing materials and updating financial information while monitoring key indicators.
  • Monitor and analyze results, including budget variations, reports, dashboards, and operational performance studies.
  • Provide financial information to stakeholders, as well as document organization for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve processes and leverage technology by suggesting improvements and implementing business intelligence (BI) and automating controls.
Requirements:
  • Enrolled in higher education (4th period or above) in Accounting, Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Data Analysis, Financial Management, or Information Systems with a focus on BI or data.
  • Intermediate level Excel skills.
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
