Job Title: Business Strategist

About the Role:

  • Lead a portfolio strategy for Salty Snacks, focusing on brand planning & activation.
  • Develop and execute marketing programs to generate market demand through an end-to-end approach.
  • Promote profitable sustainable growth by deploying category programs addressing shopper/consumer/client needs.
  • Collaborate with regional Category teams to drive business results.
  • Provide strategic leadership to multifunctional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish positioning and identify target audiences to develop effective marketing plans.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to inform strategies.
  • Partner with IMC Team to create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms.
  • Understand global, regional, and local strategies and align team efforts accordingly.
  • Drive category's PnL and influence peer areas to achieve sustainable growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Graduate business degree or other discipline that requires quantitative knowledge
  • Experience in FMCG companies with strategic acumen
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is desirable
