The role of Lead UX Designer is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving user-centered design strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to craft innovative solutions in the fast-evolving crypto and fintech space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive UX design strategies that meet business requirements and drive user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand detailed business and user needs, and translate insights into cohesive, innovative user interfaces.
- Lead research and user testing initiatives to identify customer pain points and deliver data-driven design recommendations.
- Partner with developers, product owners, and QA engineers to ensure seamless implementation of design specifications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX design, preferably with enterprise or fintech/crypto projects.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Proven track record of delivering successful UX solutions backed by research and testing.
- Excellent understanding of usability principles and user psychology.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your UX design process and results.
