Job Title: Oracle Finance Specialist

This is a dynamic opportunity to work with Oracle Financials, specifically within the Brazilian market.

The ideal candidate will possess strong finance domain knowledge combined with functional expertise in Oracle modules, focusing on tax and regulatory compliance. They will act as a liaison between Finance, Tax, and IT teams, ensuring statutory requirements are met and system optimization is achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for Oracle E-Business Suite modules used by the tax team.
  • Serve as an expert for Oracle Finance modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, eTax) with emphasis on Brazilian Localization Package.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Tax teams to ensure accurate accounting and statutory compliance, managing Brazilian requirements (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contábil, NF-e, EFD Contribuições).
  • Partner with IT and technical teams to configure, optimize, and maintain Oracle Finance applications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (EBS R12), processes and modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Accounting.
  • Experience in Oracle Finance, with exposure to Brazil Localization Package (LAD / LACLS).
  • In-depth understanding of Brazilian tax regulations (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS) and statutory reporting (SPED, NF-e).
