Expert Finance Advisor

This position is a key contributor to the team, responsible for delivering expert support and guidance on Oracle E-Business Suite modules and other tools used by the finance team.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide in-depth technical knowledge on Oracle Finance modules, focusing on optimization and enhancement of financial systems.
- Collaborate with finance and tax teams to ensure accurate accounting practices, adhering to Brazilian tax regulations (ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS).
- Partner with IT teams to configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Finance applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Lead or support projects related to regulatory changes in Brazilian tax and accounting legislation, driving innovation and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Financials (EBS R12), processes, and modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Accounting.
- Experience in Oracle Finance, with exposure to the Brazil Localization Package (LAD / LACLS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills in Portuguese and English, and experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Finance implementations in Brazil.
