Seeks a Quality Manager to support the QHSE Marine Region at Seimsfoss.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

We are looking for a dedicated individual to improve quality standards and processes, manage deviations, and collaborate with experts in projects advancing quality, safety, and environmental standards.

  • Implementation of QHSE Marine strategies and objectives, monitoring of quality objectives in the PL Boats & Davits
  • Contribute to strategic direction and participate in release decisions in the Marine development process
  • Define, optimize, and implement global quality, health, safety, and environmental management processes, while managing the Q-Circle
  • Conduct training sessions to increase awareness and provide technical support for improving the claim management process
  • Driving the performance of continual product quality and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of QHSE Marine strategies and objectives, monitoring of quality objectives in the PL Boats & Davits
  • Contribute to strategic direction and participate in release decisions in the Marine development process
  • Define, optimize, and implement global quality, health, safety, and environmental management processes, while managing the Q-Circle
  • Conduct training sessions to increase awareness and provide technical support for improving the claim management process
  • Driving the performance of continual product quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A strong educational background in an economical or technical field, preferably with focus on quality management
  • Several years of professional experience in quality management, internal auditing or quality assurance, preferably in the industrial environment
  • Expertise in working with FMEA, APQP, and/or PPAP; experience with SAP, Power BI, and HSE topics is an advantage
  • Strong communicator and team player, independence, and proactivity
