As a Cashier Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial transactions, adhering to regulations and standards. Your primary goal is to verify customer identities and prevent unscrupulous activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze customer financial transactions to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.">
  • Investigate and resolve payment-related issues, including failed deposits, delays, and duplicate transactions.">
  • Verify customer identities through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.">
  • Collect and validate KYC and Source of Funds (SOF) documentation in line with regulatory and internal policies.">
  • Identify and escalate suspicious activity, potential fraud, and chargebacks to relevant teams.">
  • Conduct risk assessments of customer accounts, payment behaviors, and transactional anomalies.">
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfer requests promptly and accurately.">
  • Communicate with banks, e-wallets, card processors, and other payment providers to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.">
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and user actions for audit and regulatory purposes.">
  • Ensure timely completion of back-office cashier duties according to operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).">
