Job Description:As a Customer Success Advocate, you will manage end-to-end experiences and lifecycle of customers. Your efforts will lead to renewal, retention, and customer loyalty.
- Provide timely quality after-sales support via email, chat, and phone.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and current statuses.
- Make quick decisions and keep people informed of rapidly occurring developments.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and support teams.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Align with Product Owners and meet regularly to understand the product roadmap.
