Job Description:

As a Customer Success Advocate, you will manage end-to-end experiences and lifecycle of customers. Your efforts will lead to renewal, retention, and customer loyalty.

  • Provide timely quality after-sales support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and current statuses.
  • Make quick decisions and keep people informed of rapidly occurring developments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and support teams.
  • Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Align with Product Owners and meet regularly to understand the product roadmap.
