CRM Strategy Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM strategy development specialist to join our team.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Design and manage integrated customer journeys across multiple channels, including physical stores, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
  • Structure and manage email marketing campaigns, SMS notifications, and push delivery campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with paid media, trade, and branding teams to ensure seamless communication across all digital channels.
  • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to analyze customer behavior and develop strategic insights.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM systems is required, preferably in the luxury market.

Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, RD Station, Power BI, or similar is essential.

Experience with marketing automation and email/SMS/push delivery tools is also necessary.

A strong analytical mindset, advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics/GA4, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
