**Job Summary**

This is a challenging opportunity to develop and implement CRM strategies, ensuring a seamless customer journey across all channels.

As a Senior CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and managing email marketing campaigns, structuring SMS and push notification campaigns, and defining CRM performance KPIs.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will analyze customer behavior, develop dashboards, and evaluate new technologies and trends in CRM and digital marketing.

With strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM platforms, you will optimize campaign performance and ROI by conducting A/B tests and implementing best practices.

**Requirements**

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields, and a minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM.

Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, Oracle, Adobe, RD Station, Power BI, or similar, is required.

Experience with marketing automation and email/SMS/push delivery tools, strong analytical skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel and Google Analytics/GA4 are also essential.

Additionally, we require advanced/Fluent English and strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects.
