Financial Operations Manager

As a senior financial professional, you will oversee the entire financial lifecycle of our operations in Brazil. This includes supervising client invoicing and receivables follow-up, ensuring timely billing and supporting client relationship management from a financial standpoint. Additionally, you will oversee payables routine, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
You will also monitor cash flow and support monthly forecasting in alignment with LATAM financial planning. Furthermore, you will work closely with external accounting firms to ensure tax obligations are met (federal, state, municipal). You will review and validate tax filings and ensure compliance with Brazilian regulations.
Another key aspect of your role will be coordinating with the external accountant to review monthly closings and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal controls. You will identify opportunities for improving efficiency and automating manual routines, proposing and implementing process enhancements.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will act as the financial point of contact for other departments in Brazil, aligning with LATAM finance leadership and global stakeholders. You will also provide indirect leadership and support to the Financial Analyst in Brazil, ensuring task prioritization and high-quality deliverables.
