Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Campaign Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the CRM Manager in creating innovative campaigns and executing daily CRM operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist CRM Managers in campaign creation and execution of daily CRM operational tasks with a focus on timely delivery.
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure smooth running of content production and promotion delivery across all channels.
  • Execute and test player-facing promotions.
  • Follow campaigns from beginning to end and track their progress to ensure they are running properly and meeting high standards.
  • Use internal and external tools and back offices to set up tournaments, lotteries, bonus, and free spins programs and credit rewards to eligible customers - this may require working outside office hours and/or at weekends, on occasion.
  • Ensure the Customer Service Team and all project stakeholders are kept fully up to date with all upcoming campaigns, network promotions, and any other CRM activity.
  • Test new features and functionalities of casino and sports platforms when required.
  • Continuously monitor site performance and report any errors or concerns to the line manager.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide competitor analysis where relevant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential. Proficiency in other languages, such as Polish, is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Desire to deliver the best customer experience in the industry.
  • Previous online gaming experience is necessary.
  • Experience of working in a marketing/CRM team is considered a plus.
  • Dynamic and positive personality, motivated, flexible, multi-task, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to details and strong organizational skills.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Team player with the ability to build good working relationships.
  • Genuine interest in sports and/or sportsbook knowledge would be considered an asset.
