As a key member of our IT team, you will serve as the primary administrator and security agent for our system and telecommunications infrastructure. Your responsibility will include maintaining upgrades, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring timely installations needed to support employee productivity.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cloud infrastructure and information security, as well as proficiency in Bash scripting. You will play a pivotal role in educating employees and serving as the first point of contact for technical support within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor user accounts to ensure they have least privileges and create new accounts while removing outdated ones
  • Design, implement, and deploy technical security controls on existing security services to address problems or unlock new business opportunities
  • Conduct research and evaluate new security technologies to fill gaps where reusable enterprise security services are insufficient
  • Enhance security team capabilities by planning the delivery of solutions and teaching improved processes

Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and prior Technical Support experience are highly valued.
