Job Role: Financial Transaction Processor

This role focuses on the processing of financial transactions, including invoices, to ensure timely and accurate approval in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify financial documents, including invoices, for accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for audit purposes and provide support to auditors as required.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to resolve queries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team, including preparation and distribution of correspondence, coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, and other related duties.
  • Liaise with managers to address any issues or concerns related to documentation processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience within a finance environment is preferred.
  • A working knowledge of using SAP or similar finance packages.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
