We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Software Engineering Lead to fill a key role in our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's technological landscape. As a vital member of our agile team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering trusted market-leading technology products in a secure, stable, and scalable way.

Your role will involve:

  • Executing creative software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches.
  • Developing secure, high-quality production code, reviewing, and debugging code written by others.
  • Identifying opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues to improve operational stability.
  • Leading evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials for integration.
  • Leading communities of practice across Software Engineering to promote awareness and use of new technologies.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Experience with automation and continuous delivery methods.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
