Job Title: Product Owner for Total Benefits Statement

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Total Benefits Statement project in LATAM.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of defining product strategies and roadmaps, leading cross-functional teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience working in a hybrid environment, combining virtual and office work, is essential. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with Portuguese being a plus.

About the Role:Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure the TBS platform meets business and employee experience goals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical development and business strategy, maximizing the platform's value.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience working as a business analyst, product owner, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of product management principles, including roadmap development, backlog management, and stakeholder engagement.
