About the Team:

In the Global Acquiring division, we are dedicated to delivering top-tier card processing solutions to merchants worldwide. Our client-centric approach drives our passion for innovation, particularly as we transform the payment landscape in LATAM. We are in search of a skilled Product Owner who is prepared to take on this challenge.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Owner within the Latam Acquiring team, you will serve as the crucial link between the Business and Development teams, ensuring that we deliver business value to our local acquiring initiatives. Our goal is to create the most relevant, dependable, and straightforward global payment experience, enabling customers to reach broader markets and achieve profitable growth.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the Product Team, Engineering Teams, and System Architects to decompose requirements into features and user stories while eliminating obstacles.
  • Managing and refining the product backlog; overseeing dependencies.
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), demonstrations, and production validation activities.
  • Engaging with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into detailed functional requests.
  • Assisting in decision-making and prioritization of development tasks through analysis and recommendations.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of product information, effectively updating internal channels and creating relevant documentation for delivered features.

Qualifications:

- Advanced/Fluent proficiency in English and Spanish.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the payments sector.

- Proven experience in a Product Owner or Analyst role within an Agile framework (preferably SAFe, but not mandatory).

- A strategic and creative mindset.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong technical intuition.

- Ability to clearly communicate requirements to Development teams.

- Strong analytical skills to gather and assess relevant information from stakeholders.

- Experience in presenting demos and training materials to an audience.

- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and engaging with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in Technology or Development.
