Job Opportunity

This role entails developing and executing market development strategies for client brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop brand strategies, encompassing channel selection, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to-market approach.
  • Coordinate with the Director of Marketplaces to ensure catalog quality control, guaranteeing accurate information and consistent product and pricing updates across Amazon's marketplace.
  • Measure and report on category/item performance, as well as provide suggestions for continuous improvement strategies to enhance catalog performance.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication, ensuring output aligns with client expectations. Manage and execute client agendas, owning 6+ clients at any given time.
  • Accurately maintain catalogs of various client products through product catalog uploading via vendor portals.
  • Identify and report opportunities for product sales conversion using merchandising, enhanced content, and A/B testing.
  • Manage forecasting of annual sales, inventory planning & replenishment.
  • Implement marketing roadmaps and program innovations to drive vision using Promos, Coupons, CPC ads, Display ads.
  • Closely work with PPC Manager to set ACOS/TACOS goals in line with client expectations.
  • Perform market research; monitor trends, keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace; analyze brand positioning, consumer insights, and other data, including but not limited to sales trend, conversion rates, and return trends.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience managing Amazon US marketplace operations (Seller Central or Vendor Central) for 3+ years, including product launches, catalog optimization, and compliance with US consumer regulations.
  • Proven success with Amazon US-specific tools (A+ Content, Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP).
  • Demonstrated understanding of US consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and competition dynamics.
  • Client-facing experience for 2+ years.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage two Junior Brand Managers.
  • Preferred experience in Beauty, Supplements, and Specialty Food categories.
  • Experience with digital assets, A+/EBC content, SEO, Copywriting, and Parent/Child Variations.
  • Experience with Walmart.com is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce Metrics and use of data.
  • Experience building processes and reporting that allow your efforts to impact brands at scale.
