About This Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned AI professional to spearhead our team in developing innovative solutions for clients across diverse industries.

This role demands a strong foundation in AI/ML, consulting experience, and exceptional communication skills. As a Lead AI Consultant, you will collaborate with sales and business teams to identify client needs and craft compelling AI offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate close relationships with clients to define AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business needs into actionable AI solutions
  • Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, RAG pipelines, agents) and Predictive AI (e.g., forecasting, classification, clustering)
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand the value proposition of AI in their product or data journey
  • Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings
  • Demonstrated consulting experience (e.g., client-facing, pre-sales support, fractional CTO work, or agency consulting)
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Claude, open-source LLMs, vector databases, LangChain/RAG architectures)
