This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Business Planning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and steering the business portfolio of Allianz Commercial Brazil.
- Support the Finance Director and global planning team in managing budgeting, cost monitoring, and monthly performance reports.
- Work with colleagues in NA and other countries to complete all activities related to budgeting, cost monitoring, and monthly performance reports.
You will also be expected to provide regular reporting, forecasting, and planning processes in your area of responsibility, in line with both customer and global requirements.
We are looking for someone with excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills, who can effectively analyze data and convey messages in a winning fashion. Ideally, you should be familiar with reporting tools like SAP.
In addition to technical skills, we are seeking someone with finance and insurance know-how, including understanding of complexities inherent in an insurance group. You should also have experience in planning and performance management of financial statements and respective analysis.
Furthermore, you should have proven experience in communication of results to a variety of stakeholders, analytical thinking and numeracy, and strong communication and presentation skills.
