Information Management Technician

As a Technical Documentation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the technology infrastructure and systems to provide smooth operations and efficient delivery of IT services. This includes monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide front-line technical assistance and troubleshooting to facilitate smooth functioning of computer systems software and hardware.
- Support internal and external clients to address and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner through various mediums/channels.
- A minimum of 1 year technical experience maintaining a knowledge base or technical documentation for customer-facing and internal knowledge articles in an IT service management or professional environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Service Now experience.
- Understanding of the importance of correct information management.
- Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
