Accounting Expert Job Opportunity

Seeking a detail-oriented accounting expert to manage onboarding projects, clean up and set up accounting systems, and work with multiple clients across various industries.

  • Prepare accurate, accrual-basis financial statements to ensure timely completion and meet client expectations.
  • Perform detailed reconciliations for bank, credit card, merchant service, and loan accounts to maintain account accuracy.
  • Clean up and set up client accounting systems to optimize efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously to deliver results within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms and integrated tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity (QuickBooks Online, Xero, A2X, Shopify, Stripe, PayPal).
Required Skills:
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience in a similar role or environment.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP-based accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience working with multiple clients from diverse industries and backgrounds.
  • Proficient English language skills (C1 level) or equivalent.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and onboarding processes.
  • QuickBooks Online certification is an asset but not mandatory.
  • E-commerce accounting expertise.
