A Prep and Pre-prep School Support Specialist is needed to work collaboratively with teaching staff.
The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment that promotes academic, social and personal development for pupils.

Key Responsibilities:- Support pupils' learning in group and individual settings under the guidance of class or specialist teachers.
- Promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour in line with our policy.
- Assist in organizing the learning environment and preparing resources.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment by supervising pupils and mediating conflicts when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with teachers/coaches and provide targeted support to individual pupils or small groups.
- Encourage inclusion and acceptance of all pupils, modeling our professional standards.
- Support the coach in improving pupils' performance and ensuring their health and safety.
- Engage in professional development opportunities offered by the school.
