About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and platform adoption by forging and nurturing relationships with lower-middle-market business brokers in the M&A industry. This is a full-time, remote position that demands exceptional communication skills, autonomy, and a passion for consultative selling.

This role requires mastery of our proprietary platform, clear articulation of its value proposition, and consistent execution of outreach, calls, and follow-up strategies. You will be actively supported and coached throughout your journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in our suite of deal marketing tools and learn the conversation tracks that build trust with members.
  • Drive revenue and usage growth within your assigned territory of sell-side prospects and current members.
  • Enhance your understanding of private company M&A concepts such as deal marketing, exit planning, and sell-side execution.
  • Act as the voice of the member by sharing product feedback and improvement ideas internally.
  • Represent the organization professionally in virtual meetings and at in-person events (for U.S.-based talent only).

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of total professional experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a quota-carrying B2B sales role, preferably selling to C-level or financial services professionals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A self-starter with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, Zoom, and other sales enablement tools.
