Job Title:

Poultry Health Specialist

Role Overview:

This position provides industry expertise to key internal and external accounts regarding poultry nutritional and health solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for poultry animal health expertise.
  • Develop a strategic plan with regional teams to partner with key accounts and achieve trusted advisor status.
  • Assess new business opportunities and identify priorities in the innovation pipeline to optimize nutrition and health solutions.
  • Lead consultancy projects to identify opportunities and draw related actions controlled by specific KPIs and goals.
  • Prepare project data and conclusions for internal and customer presentations.
  • Develop training resources to improve value creation and sales effectiveness for commercial and technical teams.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A degree in veterinary medicine, animal science, biology, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in poultry animal health.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Open to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees such as Master's or Ph.D. in veterinary medicine, animal science, biology, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in poultry animal health.
  • Customer-facing technical knowledge experience.
  • Experience working on poultry integrators.
  • Understanding of the global poultry business.
  • Experience participating in or managing innovation projects.
  • Passion for talent development.
  • Ability to work in global teams and matrixed environments.
  • Ability to influence and drive impact toward business goals.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
