Business Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and growth across various regions and channels.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing granular plans to drive net revenue growth while protecting and increasing profitability. You will also serve as a finance business partner to our senior sales director, providing analytical support and business recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement advanced and timely P&L forecasting for sales to guarantee accuracy and mitigation plans.
- Track and provide visibility of P&L performance vs running, AOP, and previous year; manage budget, expenses and resource allocation.
- Pricing and discounts strategies to S&O, AOP and forecasting processes.
- Manage price list and discounts operationalization to ensure correct pricing and discounts strategy is implemented.
- Develop strong relationships with sales, trade, marketing and finance to improve business sense and increase influence across the organization.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- +3 years of experience in Sales Finance / Planning / D&A Management
- Strong analytical and financial skills including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple sources to drive decisions
- Broad multi-channel sales experience, preferably within Direct and Indirect channels
- P&L management and accounting experience
- Strategic thinking: ability to review complex data, pull out key insights and translate into high-level storylines and concise practical plans for execution
- Influencing skills – ability to influence internal and external agendas at senior levels
- Strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding targets
