Main Responsibilities
  • Provide financial guidance and leadership to the business unit on a daily basis.
  • Track sales and profit margins, including variance analysis, and offer insightful advice.
  • Manage customer rebate balances effectively.
  • Present monthly business reviews in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual budgets for sales, costs and expenses, identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Oversee the region's sales incentive program.

As a Regional Finance Manager, your role will be to provide strategic financial insights, planning and analysis to drive improvement in the region's financial performance. This position is based in Tambore site, São Paulo, and reports directly to the BU Regional Finance Director.
