Job Title: Robotic Orthopedic Specialist

Job Description:

This role requires a highly skilled professional to support the growth and market penetration of robotic orthopedic products. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of robotic arm technology and be able to effectively communicate the clinical benefits of these products to surgeons and theatre staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for customers and employees to ensure they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize robotic orthopedic products.
  • Clinical Expertise: Serve as a clinical expert and provide product clinical support and guidance to customers, including the use of proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans.
  • Sales and Marketing: Actively sell the clinical benefits of robotic orthopedic products and build strong relationships with key surgeons and theatre staff at accounts.
  • Training Programs: Support the development and delivery of training programs for employees and regional customers on robotic orthopedic products.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Collaborate with regional training teams in communications and negotiations with government and professional bodies to ensure the accreditation of courses as needed.
  • Product Demonstrations: Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences.
