Financial Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled financial leader to spearhead our organization's strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and economics, with experience in FP&A, controllership, investment banking, management consulting, or finance roles in high-growth companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive financial planning and analysis strategies to drive business growth, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, analyzing financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and providing strategic guidance on financial matters to senior leadership.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Business Intelligence (BI)
- Experience operating QuickBooks Online and advanced spreadsheets
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build trust with investors
