Finance Expertise: A Leadership Role

We are seeking a proactive Finance Leader to spearhead our finance department. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving strategic financial decisions and collaborating with leadership to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Establish strong relationships with investors, providing timely and insightful reports on key performance indicators.
- Oversee the Controllership function, ensuring accurate accounting practices and closing the balance sheet.
- Deliver actionable insights to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
The selected candidate will be responsible for owning the end-to-end finance stack and working closely with leadership to report directly to the CEO.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in FP&A, Controllership, investment banking, management consulting, or finance roles in high-growth companies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
