We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer Lead to join our high-growth organization. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our quality strategy, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with experience in leading and mentoring teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in QA or software engineering roles with a strong testing focus
  • 2+ years of formal management or team lead experience, including mentoring QA engineers
  • Experience working with distributed or international teams
  • Expertise in building end-to-end test automation for APIs, web frontend, and mobile SDKs
  • Proficiency with modern test frameworks (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
  • Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and how to integrate automated tests
  • Strong communicator with a bias toward action, ownership, and continuous improvement
