Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned quality assurance professional to lead functional, regression, and system-level tests for new features and product releases.

This individual will collaborate with developers to extract, organize, and document system requirements and maintain test cases for complete coverage and traceability.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated senior-level knowledge in requirements management, quality control, defect management, and test plan creation.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute comprehensive testing strategies for complex modules or products;
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and provide feedback and assistance as needed;
  • Suggest technical and process-related improvements to enhance test planning and execution efficiency;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software;
  • Contribute to the development of automated test procedures and tools to streamline testing processes;
  • Support release scope analysis and prioritization efforts to ensure alignment with business objectives;
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective solutions.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field;
  • Demonstrated expertise in multiple programming languages and testing methodologies;
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
