
Cybersecurity Growth Strategist

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Growth Strategist to contribute to the expansion of our cybersecurity business in this key segment. As the P&L owner, you will lead the strategic growth and commercial success of our cybersecurity business, driving revenue through both direct sales engagement and liaison across relevant customer-facing teams.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years' experience in cybersecurity consulting or technology sales, with industry savvy and emerging cyber trends. They will also have working experience with sales of security services, consulting, and/or technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, security awareness, and training.
Key Responsibilities- Build and oversee the GTM operating model for the division
- Define a collaborative operating model with clear joint account coverage
- Connect sales and SBL teams under a unified Mastercard Cyber narrative and sales process
- Exceptional communication skills capable of influencing senior leaders and driving alignment without formal authority
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders toward common goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
- Abide by Mastercard's security policies and practices
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of information being accessed
- Report any suspected information security violation or breach
- Successful tenure at a top-tier strategy consultancy
- Experience with information security standards and good practices
- Experience with payment ecosystem security and understanding security needs for potential customers within the segment
