Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced direct response copywriter to spearhead the development of high-converting creatives across paid marketing channels.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in creating paid advertisements, specifically for Meta Platforms and UGC marketing. Bonus points for experience with influencer/UGC partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full creative process, from scripting to final creative, to produce high-converting ads on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with content managers to find, manage, and source new content for all marketing channels.
  • Drive measurable improvements in core advertising metrics across digital channels with improved creatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of direct response expertise, preferably working with DTC brands or a creative agency.
  • Proficiency in performance analytics tools, such as Triple Whale and Motion.
  • Lots of experience with creating briefs for UGC creators to produce high-converting content across paid channels.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with ability to generate fresh ideas and make data-driven decisions based on ad performance.
Accountabilities:
  • Brainstorm and pitch weekly ad ideas aligned with direct response principles.
  • Write 80-100 high-converting ad scripts per week for Meta Platforms.
  • Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure ads are visually compelling and on-brand.
Benefits:
