We are seeking a skilled Email Marketer to design and execute targeted email campaigns. Key responsibilities include crafting compelling email content, managing subscriber lists, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing strategies to optimize email marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Segment email lists based on behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content
- Create engaging email copy and design templates that drive conversions
- Develop drip email sequences tailored to subscribers' stages in the customer journey
- Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and CTAs
- Grow email subscriber lists organically through website opt-in forms, lead magnets, and other incentives
- Maintain clean and active email lists to ensure deliverability and engagement rates remain high
- Ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM to protect brand reputation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Iterable, Customer.io, Mailchimp)
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
