Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to support our global customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute email and partner marketing campaigns to drive business growth.
  • Update sales records with deal information in Salesforce.
  • Manage lead queues for partner campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer data.
  • Implement best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with developers and other departments within IT companies.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (C1 level).
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience in business development and sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A self-motivated team player with innovative ideas.
  • A reliable laptop or computer (8Gb RAM) and a stable internet connection (50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload).
Desirable Skills
  • Experience within the IT industry.
  • Familiarity with sales systems like Salesforce, Salesloft, and Sales Navigator.
