Job Description

As a Partner Account Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing partner account management with key partners across all segments. This strategic role involves developing the account management capabilities of our partners through a hands-on approach, relationship management, and enablement, aiming to deliver high-performance from account expansion.

  • Develop and execute strategies for managing existing partner accounts, including high-profile partners.
  • Balance resources to maximize impact through direct work, scaled operations, and enablement programs.
  • Collaborate with partners, partner managers, success managers, and other teams.
  • Monitor, report, and optimize partnership performance, addressing issues proactively.
  • Own partner portfolio expansion targets and ensure results are met.
  • Support partners with guidance and sales calls to close opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key partners to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of SaaS account management experience.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in enterprise sales and account management.
  • At least 1 year managing channel partners or resellers.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record from opportunity to close.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with the LATAM market, especially Mexico.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
