Job Overview

The Change Management Lead plays a crucial role in steering the formulation and execution of strategies and plans aimed at enhancing employee engagement, stakeholder relations, and the effective utilization of SAP Integrated Business Planning technology. This position also encompasses initiatives designed to foresee and mitigate resistance from employees and stakeholders affected by the changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change management evaluations
  • Engage in the creation and implementation of actionable outcomes for core change management strategies: Sponsorship, People Management, Communication, Resistance Mitigation, and Training Plans
  • Collaborate with other specialists to ensure cohesive efforts
  • Embed change management activities within the project framework
  • Assess and confirm user preparedness
  • Oversee stakeholder engagement and communication efforts
  • Monitor and report on issues
  • Provide continuous support to the organization during the transition
  • Assist in prioritizing SAP IBP Change and training initiatives
  • Organize and coordinate activities with the core and steering teams
  • Champion and influence change among Planning end users in the region through business readiness, training, and user adoption initiatives

Qualifications for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or Psychology, or a Change Management Certification
  • Strong command of spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for engagement
  • Collaborative team player with strong active listening and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence within the organization
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Previous experience in change management within an Advanced Planning System (APS) implementation
  • Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain Planning and APS
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proven expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
