Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate executive agendas and administrative needs.
- Plan corporate travel and manage logistics for international executives/visitors.
- Manage third-party relationships, supplier registration, and purchase orders.
- Control office supplies and market products.
- Prepare meeting minutes and maintain an updated database.
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
- Advanced or fluent English language proficiency.
- Ongoing professional development and knowledge acquisition.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Spanish language proficiency as an asset.
