About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant – Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets & Treasury. This is a mid-senior level position that requires strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset to navigate complex financial environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and design end-to-end solutions with a Front-to-Back-to-Risk view.
  • Interact with multiple teams (treasury, risk, operations, compliance, tech) to drive high-impact projects focused on wholesale banking, capital markets, and treasury.
  • Support digital transformation and modernization of financial systems, collaborating with cross-functional squads to implement complex financial products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products (fixed income, derivatives, FX, trade finance).
  • Holistic understanding of processes across Front, Middle, Back Office, and Risk.
  • Familiarity with Front-to-Back-to-Risk tools (risk engines, reconciliation systems).
  • Solid communication, structured thinking, autonomy, and adaptability.
Nice to Have:
  • Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
  • Experience in financial risk (market, counterparty, ALM).
  • Knowledge of financial management, accounting for financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
