Job Overview

We are seeking a leader to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. The Multi-Site Leader will be responsible for guiding multiple operational sites, promoting a strong safety culture and maintaining health and safety standards.

  1. Maintain health and safety standards within your area of responsibility.
  2. Become proficient in specific large-scale processes and activities.
  3. Manage data collection and update operational metrics.
  4. Achieve productivity targets, reduce costs and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  5. Collaborate with support teams on staffing plans and performance levels.
  6. Drive process improvements and contribute to Six Sigma initiatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesSafety and Compliance

Maintain health and safety standards within your area of responsibility while promoting a strong safety culture on site.

Process Improvement

Become proficient in specific large-scale processes and activities within SCPs, such as 5S audits.

Data Management

Manage meaningful data collection within the inventory control and systems environment, and update operational metrics on an hourly basis.

Performance Targets

Strive to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and ensure an outstanding customer and seller experience.

Collaboration

Closely collaborate with other support teams such as HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety and Security, and IT on staffing plans, schedules, and performance levels.

Process Optimization

Drive progressive process improvements and contribute to cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives within your sites and across the broader Amazon Transportation network in Brazil.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
  • Experience in employee and performance management (leading large and diverse teams).
  • Expertise in two or more production or supply chain areas.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
  • Advanced level in Excel (vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros).
  • Fluent Portuguese and advanced English language skills.
  • Availability to travel 20% of the time to visit SCPs in your regional.
