Director of Engineering Operations:

A key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a cross-functional team that provides asset management expertise, project controls expertise, and escalated site support for critical facility infrastructure when required.

As the Director of Engineering Operations, your primary focus will be on ensuring the team is working safely, effectively, and with high regard to human error avoidance. You will provide strategic guidance and direction to drive team results, lead and implement resources to complete projects as required, and manage the team to ensure completion to our required standards, KPIs, and SLAs.

Additionally, you will maintain strong working relationships with assigned site locations, maintain and improve Continuous Improvement processes and culture, and direct the reporting of key performance indicators.

We are seeking an individual with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Mechanical, or Automation, who is fluent in English, and preferably Spanish. Your technical expertise should include mechanical, electrical, and control systems, as well as critical power and cooling systems, life safety, and environmental compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage a cross-functional team providing asset management expertise, project controls expertise, and escalated site support for critical facility infrastructure
- Ensure the team is working safely, effectively, and with high regard to human error avoidance
- Provide strategic guidance and direction to drive team results
- Lead and implement resources to complete projects as required

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Telecom, Mechanical, or Automation
- Fluent English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus
- Maintain strong working relationships with assigned site locations
- Maintain and improve Continuous Improvement processes and culture
- Direct the reporting of key performance indicators
