Job Title:
Senior Financial Collection Analyst
As a Senior Collections Manager, you will play a vital role in optimizing cash flow and maintaining strong client relationships.
The ideal candidate will bring leadership expertise and a proactive mindset to a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include analyzing financial data, creating reports, overseeing new projects, developing solutions and improvements, monitoring internal accounting teams, tracking customer transactions, and devising debt recovery strategies.
To succeed in this role, you should have experience issuing invoices and tax receipts, as well as at least 5 years of collections or credit management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership position. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field is also required.
A hands-on, results-oriented individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills is necessary for success in this position. The ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and possess analytical skills is also essential.
Additionally, experience with financial systems such as Totvs, SAP, Netsuite, Conta Azul, Omie, or similar, is highly valued. Knowledge of Power BI and USA Bank operations would be considered a plus.

Requirements:
