Leading Collections Strategist

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in collections or credit management, with a strong background in leadership and negotiation skills. They must be able to create effective debt recovery strategies and monitor key performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding and recovery rates.
Key Responsibilities:- Support a team responsible for billing operations in multiple regions.
- Analyze financial data and create comprehensive reports.
- Develop and implement debt recovery strategies.
- Monitor internal accounting and audit teams to ensure accurate billing orders.
- Track customer transactions and maintain accurate ERP system entries.
- Set departmental goals aligned with company objectives.
- Prepare regular financial reports and develop financial models.
- Proven experience in collections or credit management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of financial systems.
- Organizational skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Knowledge of Power BI and other business tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines.
