Job Description

This position serves as a key liaison between the organization and external customers, fostering scientific exchange and collaboration.

The successful candidate will provide expert technical support to healthcare professionals, customers, and sales representatives, ensuring seamless product utilization and troubleshooting.

A critical component of this role involves conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops at various industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Additionally, the Medical Affairs Specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to drive promotional activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include monitoring industry trends, maintaining awareness of the competitive landscape, and acting as a liaison between internal departments and external clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer needs and facilitate effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing or similar field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the country (up to 40% of working time)
Benefits and Requirements

The selected candidate must have experience with microbiology products and advanced English language skills. Spanish is desirable but not mandatory.

Residency in São Paulo is required.
