- Partner with sales and business teams to identify client needs and participate in sales calls;
- Collaborate with clients to define AI roadmaps and prioritize use cases;
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI (e.g., LLMs) and Predictive AI (e.g., forecasting);
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, helping clients understand where AI fits in their product or data journey;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from early consulting phases to implementation;
- Contribute to proposals, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
- 5+ years of AI/ML experience, with proven delivery of both predictive and generative AI solutions;
- Demonstrated consulting experience, including client-facing and pre-sales work;
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models;
- Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines;
- Strong communication skills and ability to present technical concepts;
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices are a plus;
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to initiate projects and move fast with confidence;
- Upper-Intermediate English level is required.
- Prior experience as a fractional CTO or strategic technical advisor;
- Background in startup consulting, product ideation, or venture-backed AI/ML companies;
- Experience with multi-modal AI or agent-based systems;
