Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Expert to join our international operations team. As a Senior Associate, Accounting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness of global operations teams by capturing requirements for strategic projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile, sort, and verify documents (AR Reconciliation, bills, invoices, wires, etc.).
  • Perform operational functions related to Escheatment and cash applications, including account reconciliation ensuring proper application of funds, research, and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of backups for Journal Entries and Certifications for GL team, reports, and daily account reconciliations.
  • Evaluate accurate and complete processing within Service Level Agreements.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to find, fix, and solve queries as well as responsible for escalating issues and follow-up with management as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of related experience in Digital or Traditional Banks in Brazil in operations or customer support areas.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (emphasis on Excel).
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency, proactivity, teamwork, and communication skills.
