Job Opportunity

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent to support our global growth strategy. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing requirements and devise tailored recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage job postings on our applicant tracking system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Utilize metrics and data to drive results and achieve company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Multilingualism is an asset, with proficiency in Spanish being particularly valuable.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing both technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency and determination.
  • Eligibility to work in the country without sponsorship.
