Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Operations Director to lead our teams in driving operational excellence and business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated organizational policies and procedures, guiding the development of operational performance goals and objectives, and driving cross-functional workstreams to improve business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have senior-level experience in management and operations, with a proven track record of leading and partnering with cross-functional teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively handle ambiguity and collaborate with business leaders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading employees performing activities within multiple fields
  • Managing employees and managers, developing metrics and indicators, and integrating management decisions
  • Developing and implementing integrated organizational policies and procedures
  • Driving cross-functional workstreams to improve business efficiency
  • Acquiring resources for organizational activities, providing management of suppliers, and leading process improvements
  • Developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an accredited course of study
