Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Consultant to join our Finance Process and Technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance operations, preferably across multiple domains such as Account-to-Report (ATR), Order-to-Cash (O2C), or Procure-to-Pay (P2P). They should possess excellent process design and optimization skills, as well as experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAC, BW4, and automation platforms.

The successful candidate will lead transformation initiatives, including system implementations like S/4HANA and digital finance platforms. They will also drive the selection of technical solutions, identify key necessary changes to the current business process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that enhance data quality, reporting, and decision-making.

In this role, you will translate business requirements into scalable and compliant solutions and process designs. You will ensure process harmonization across geographies while respecting local legal and operational nuances. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and adoption of best practices.
